| WE inherited a Triton Aquasensation shower when we moved into this property. We changed from system pressure to mains pressure water. Now the hot and cold water is mixing through shower. Would be grateful for solution |

Don`t really understand what the problem is. You say the hot and cold is mixing through the shower, do you nean you can`t control the temperature?

Sorry probably didnt explain myself properly.
When the shower was fitted it worked off the old back boiler heating system but we have just changed heating to a combi boiler which obviously has far more pressure. When we changed over the engineer told us we would probably need a different cartridge in the shower but I dont know what this means |

Yes yoy do need to fit a new cartridge which also requires a retro-fit kit .
There are 2 retro kits one for exposed ( surface mounted) units and 1 for built-in. If you phone our sales team on 0131 538 4343 they will be pleased to supply the correct parts.
